Buffalo Mercury Warranty Protection

The moment you drive off in your new Buffalo Mercury you will be protected under Mercury’s factory warranty seal. West Herr Mercury, your Buffalo Mercury dealer, honors every specification in the Mercury factory warranty.

The New-Vehicle Limited Warranty

During coverage periods, authorized Mercury Motor Company Dealers will repair, replace or adjust parts on your vehicle that are defective in factory-supplied materials and workmanship. Refer to the Warranty Guide for conditions that are not covered by the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

Bumper-to-Bumper Coverage

Your Bumper-to Bumper Coverage lasts for 3 years unless you drive more than 36,000 miles before 3 years elapse. In that case, your coverage ends at 36,000 miles.

Powertrain Warranty

Your vehicle’s Powertrain components are covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first. The extended coverage applies to the Engine, Transmission, Front-Wheel Drive and Rear-Wheel Drive. For specific component coverage within Powertrain, please refer to the Warranty Guide.

Safety Restraint System

Your vehicle’s safety belts and airbag Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) are covered for an extended Safety Restraint Coverage Period, which lasts for 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Corrosion (Perforation Only):

Your vehicle’s body sheet metal panels are covered for an extended Corrosion Coverage Period, which lasts for five years, regardless of miles driven. The extended warranty coverage only applies if a body sheet metal panel becomes perforated due to corrosion during normal use due to a manufacturing defect in factory-supplied materials or factory workmanship.
